The shipping is provided by a third-party partner specializing in freight transport. Depending on the country of residence, shipping time may vary:
- Morocco: 2-3 days
- Outside Morocco: 4-7 days
Our products are shipped to you from Morocco via a secure, tracked shipping method: Fedex Express Shipping. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address.
The delivery times shown are only an estimate and do not include 1-2 business days processing time before the order gets shipped, please keep in mind delays can occur.
We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
Please note that Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing. Orders shipped to EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.

You have 10 days from the date of receipt of the package in order to benefit from an exchange or a refund.
In which case?
- The item is damaged
- The item ordered does not match the item received.
The article must be in perfect condition, in the same conditions (same packaging), unworn, and outside the sales period. If you prefer an item in a different size or color you will need to return the item to us and place a new order.
After contacting us via email, we will guide you to ensure a secure return/exchange as soon as possible depending on the conditions of the item.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received does not correspond to the item ordered.
Engraved pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
